🌱 Grand Bay-Westfield Plugs Into Energy Goals

Grand Bay-Westfield has a new plan to cut emissions and save energy,  and it’s not just about switching off the lights. Council just adopted the Corporate Energy Action Plan, a roadmap to greener town operations, from better building insulation to swapping out gas guzzlers for EVs. It’s all part of a bigger push toward climate adaptation and cost-smart growth.

šŸŽ‰ Quispam Woman Wins Big on CTV Game Show

Gen X just scored a win, and so did Ellen Snider of Quispamsis, who walked away with $25K on the season premiere of Battle of the Generations. The trivia-loving local crushed questions on pop culture, including the clutch-winning query: What does L.P. stand for? (Long Play, if you're wondering.) Ellen says she prepped with trivia podcasts and a lifetime of ā€œuseless knowledge.ā€ Take note, wannabe trivia heroes…
